This level is intended for professionals who will apply the methodology in practice.

As a Certified Learning Colors Practitioner, you work with entire teams. You build on everything from Assessor and add facilitation, working methods, and team interventions.

This certification suits
  • Coaches and trainers who guide teams
  • L&D professionals with a facilitating role
  • Team leaders and scrum masters who want to strengthen learning in the team
  • Organizational consultants who work with team dynamics
Are you unsure about the level?

Will you mostly work one-on-one with employees? Then Assessor is sufficient. Do you want to embed Learning Colors organization-wide? Then look at Consultant.

Yes — Practitioner builds on that. You can book Assessor and Practitioner as one continuous program; then we combine the start days.
