Founding Advisory Board — Learning Colors™

Right now, our Founding Advisory Board — made up of experienced L&D and HR professionals from around the world — is evaluating the Learning Colors methodology. Together they are testing the assessment, tools and implementation program in practice. Once the evaluation is complete, we will launch Learning Colors. Sign up and be one of the first to start working with the method.

Why

A practical framework for continuous learning

Learning Colors™ was developed to help organizations build a sustainable culture of continuous learning. The methodology provides insight into how people prefer to learn and offers organizations a practical framework to make learning more effective, personal, and applicable in daily work.

Your role as a member

As a member of the Founding Advisory Board, you contribute to the further development of the methodology, products, and certifications. You will have the opportunity to influence the strategy, content, and positioning of Learning Colors™ — before it is widely launched on the market.

What we build together

Together we create a methodology in which learning is not a separate activity, but an integral part of daily work. We translate insights into practical tools, assessments, team interventions, and implementation paths that really help organizations move forward.

The substantive review

Where we ask for your opinion

A methodology only becomes strong when peers are allowed to take it apart. That's why we test Learning Colors™ along four substantive lines before launch — and only then decide what becomes final.

01

Substantive validity

Do the 24 steps and the four color domains match what you see in practice? We test the logic of the model against your experience.

02

Assessment and reporting

Are the questions pure, recognizable and culture-neutral? And does the report provide language that really helps people take a next step?

03

Applicability in organizations

Does the methodology align with existing L&D structures, learning culture and competency frameworks — also outside the Netherlands?

04

Language, ethics and diligence

We pay close attention to labeling, bias and privacy. A board exists precisely to critically question us on what we claim.

Ritme

A 90-minute online session every quarter, with short written review rounds in between. 2 to 4 hours per month, in consultation.

Samenstelling

A deliberately diverse board: different countries, sectors and fields of expertise, so that blind spots become visible.

Onafhankelijk

No costs, no sales talk. Your opinion matters, even if it's not in our favor.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you want to know

Do you have a question that isn't listed here? Feel free to contact us, we'd be happy to think along with you.

What does membership of the Founding Advisory Board actually involve?

You contribute to the content, positioning, and further development of Learning Colors™. This happens through periodic online sessions, access to preview versions of products, and a direct communication channel with the core team. We ask for active input, but take your schedule into account.

How much time does it take?

On average, we count on 2 to 4 hours per month. This consists of preparing for sessions, testing new products, and sharing feedback. Participation is always voluntary and by mutual agreement.

Is this a commercial trajectory?

No. The Advisory Board is purely substantive: you evaluate and sharpen the methodology. There are no costs and no obligations. If you want to apply the method with your own team later, we will discuss that separately from your role in the board.

What happens to my feedback?

All feedback is gathered in a review file. Per theme, we record what we adjust, what we deliberately leave as is, and why. You will therefore see what has been done with your contribution.

Is membership voluntary or contractual?

Membership is voluntary and without contractual obligations. However, we do expect constructive cooperation and active contribution during the first 12 months.

Can I sign up if I don't live in the Netherlands?

Yes, certainly. The Advisory Board sessions take place online and are accessible to professionals from all countries and sectors.

What happens after I sign up?

We will contact you personally within a few working days. Depending on your profile and availability, we will invite you for a short introductory meeting and together set expectations.

What do we ask?

Your knowledge, experience, and critical perspective

We are looking for professionals who want to use their knowledge, experience, and critical perspective to strengthen Learning Colors™. You will contribute ideas, provide feedback based on practice, and help keep the methodology relevant and valuable for organizations.

Together, we are building an innovative approach in which organizations no longer see learning as a separate activity, but as an integral part of daily work.
