Who is this certification for?

This level is intended for professionals who will apply the methodology in practice.

As a Certified Learning Colors Consultant, you implement Lifelong Learning at an organizational level. This is the highest level in the Learning Colors certification line.

This certification suits
  • Independent organizational advisors and consultants
  • Senior L&D managers and Heads of Learning
  • Program managers for learning and development
  • HR directors who want to build a learning culture
Are you unsure about the level?

If you primarily work with individuals or individual teams, Assessor and Practitioner are a better fit. Consultant requires access to an organization-wide case.
