This level is intended for professionals who will apply the methodology in practice.
As a Certified Learning Colors Consultant, you implement Lifelong Learning at an organizational level. You perform an Organizational Scan, design a learning strategy, guide leaders and L&D teams through the 24 steps, and secure Continuous Learning in structure, culture, and KPIs. This is the highest level in the Learning Colors certification line.
If you primarily work with individuals or individual teams, Assessor and Practitioner are a better fit. Consultant requires access to an organization-wide case.

Only with demonstrable equivalent experience. We determine this in the intake interview; usually, a shortened Practitioner module follows.
