This level is intended for professionals who will apply the methodology in practice.
As a Certified Learning Colors Assessor, you learn to professionally administer, interpret, and provide feedback on individual Learning Colors assessments. You understand the theory behind the four colors — Understanding, Experiencing, Connecting, and Performing — and the 24 steps of the methodology, and you can help an employee clarify in one conversation how he or she learns best.

No. We start with the fundamentals. However, it helps if you regularly conduct development conversations, as you will apply that skill to the Learning Colors report during the training.
Count on approximately 6 hours: preparation, your own assessment, and the practical assignment.
Yes, from 6 participants, we provide the Assessor training in-company, live or online, with case studies from your own organization.
The certificate is valid indefinitely. The assessor license — required to deploy assessments — is renewed annually.
