The Team Scan is the starting point of the Learning Colors methodology. In approximately twenty minutes, each employee maps their learning profile along the four learning colors: Understanding (blue), Experiencing (green), Connecting (yellow), and Performing (red). These individual profiles are merged into one team profile, so you can see at a glance where the team's energy lies — and where learning stagnates. Not an abstract model, but a concrete picture with recommendations that you can use the very next day in meetings, development discussions, and learning interventions.

How long does the assessment take for an employee?+
Approximately twenty minutes. It can be completed at any time and on any device.
Does my manager see my personal score?+
The team report only shows aggregated results. Individual reports belong to the participant; sharing only happens with permission.
Is Learning Colors a personality test?+
No. Learning Colors measures learning preferences and learning behaviour, not personality. Your profile is a starting point, not a label — every color can be developed.
Can we repeat the scan later?+
Yes. Many organizations conduct a repeat measurement after 9 to 12 months to make development visible.
What if a team member doesn't participate?+
The team report remains usable as long as at least four participants have completed it. Participation is always voluntary.
Can we combine the scan with a team session?+
Yes. A facilitated half-day team session can be booked as an option.
