Who is this product for?
Do you recognize yourself or your organization in this? Then this product matches where you are now.
In this program, a fixed group works through the complete Learning Colors methodology. Each learning step is first understood, then practiced in one's own work, and then jointly reflected upon. The group remains deliberately small — six to eight participants — to allow for in-depth discussion, personal attention, and real-life case studies. The program starts with the Team Scan, so everyone knows from day one from which color they start and which steps require extra attention.
This product suits
L&D professionals who want to thoroughly learn how to apply the methodology
Teams wanting to complete a full learning program together
Training groups and internal academies
Professionals who seriously want to increase their own learning ability
Are you unsure about the choice?
Are you only looking for insight and not a full program? Start with the Team Scan. Do you want to embed Learning Colors organisation-wide? Choose the L&D program.

Frequently asked questions
How much time does the program take per participant?+
Count on approximately two hours per week in addition to the group sessions. Most of the work takes place in one's own practice.
Why only 2 group sessions?+
Learning Colors is a hands-on methodology. The sessions mark the beginning and deepening; the learning gain lies in the practical assignments in between.
Can the program be in-company?+
Yes, that is the standard. The program is always tailored to your context.
Is the Team Scan included?+
Yes, each participant completes the scan as a baseline measurement. That is included in the group price.
Do participants receive a certificate?+
Participants receive a certificate of participation. Formal certification runs through the certification route.
Can participants come from different teams?+
Yes. Mixed groups often have a clarifying effect, as color differences become more sharply visible.
