“Together with an experienced Learning Colors Consultant through all 24 steps.”
Implementation program in which your L&D team learns to independently set up and secure Continuous Learning.

Do you recognize yourself or your organization in this? Then this product matches where you are now.
This program is not a training on learning, but a guided implementation. An experienced Learning Colors Consultant works with your L&D team for nine to twelve months, translating the 24 steps to your organization. Each part starts with an interactive training day where the conceptual foundation is laid, followed by two coaching sessions where you directly apply what you've learned to your own learning architecture: your learning vision, your programs, your feedback cycle, and your measurement tools. At the end, there is no report, but a working system that your team can independently maintain.
Are you looking for a one-off training or just insight? Then choose the Team Scan or the 24-step trajectory. This program requires commitment from the entire L&D team.
A fixed structure, with room for the context of your team or organization.
This program can be taken in two ways. Online, you participate individually at a price per participant. In-company, we run the program exclusively for your organization at a fixed price per group.
Excluding VAT. For individual L&D professionals or small teams joining an open group.
Excluding VAT and travel expenses. Fully tailored to your learning architecture.

That is possible, at an additional cost per extra participant. We will discuss this during the intake, as coaching sessions lose their effectiveness with excessively large groups.
A compact nine-month variant is possible. We advise against shorter: implementation requires practical time between phases.

Standard at your own location. Coaching sessions are usually online.
Your team continues independently with the methodology. Optionally, we maintain contact through quarterly reviews.
The program is focused on implementation. Participants can then progress with a discount to Practitioner or Consultant certification.
